Blood Medicine B Positive is Crowned Heads' darker, more aggressive alter ego to the original Blood Medicine line, a limited Toro first unleashed in 2025 and built to hit harder. The blend centers on a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper (a departure from the Ecuador Habano leaf on the original), paired with an Ecuador Connecticut binder and an all-Nicaraguan filler. The result is a fuller, meatier profile that pushes the Blood Medicine concept into richer, more brooding territory.

Like stablemates Juárez and Míl Dias, B Positive rolls out of Estelí, Nicaragua, at TacaNicsa, the factory formerly known as D'Hatuey, now operating under a new name with the same skilled hands behind it.
