I recently purchased 10 boxes of this cigar from the location in Saint Catherine’s it arrived on time, except I had forgot to put the unit number, and it was returned to the store I called everything went smoothly. The nicest thing about the entire process was the fact that, even though it was a mistake on my end by not putting the unit number, a customer service representative at the store went out of his way to make sure I had my cigar. I didn’t have to wait for other days for him to ship it to me. I did not have to go into the store. The sales associate at the store went out of his way above and beyond to make sure I had my item in hand when I needed it even though it was wrong on my end I cannot express how grateful I am to that sales representative And I believe everyone should just go and shop at the store due to the great customer care that I received. I did not get his name but I would like to let him know I am truly grateful and I will now be buying all my cigars from that store , give it a try everyone the store in st Catherine. You will not be dissatisfied or disappointed

Great construction, excellent burn. Very good flavour, lots of cocoa and spice, nice changes throughout. Will buy again.
