Storage: RH 68-71% 26C

First Third:

Notes of sweet cream, cedar, and baking spice.
Hints of light coffee and toasted almond.

Second Third:

Develops into caramel, cocoa, and a touch of red pepper.
Earthiness becomes more pronounced, with retrohale showing more spice.

Final Third:

Stronger espresso and dark chocolate notes.
Spice ramps up slightly; background of dried fruit or raisin emerges.
