Crowned heads Moose Kick Limited Edition 2026

Moose Kick is back for its third year as a Canadian exclusive from Crowned Heads, made with Brigham, its Canadian distributor. The 2026 edition builds on the recipe that started the series, a Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler, and refines it this year. The dark, oily wrapper adds natural sweetness and a cocoa-like richness. The Nicaraguan tobaccos underneath bring earthy depth and steady spice, and the smoke stays medium-bodied from start to finish. This year’s 4 7/8 x 56 robusto extra is a little thicker than last year’s, which gives the blend more room to build over a slow, cool burn, all finished with a pigtail cap. Only 5,600 cigars were made, so it won’t stick around long.

This year there’s also a prize hidden under the plain packaging band. In the Hunt for the Golden Crown, ten cigars carry a special gold band with a golden crown above the moose. When you slide off the plain band, you’ll find out if you have one. Each winner can claim a five-cigar commemorative sampler with two Moose Kicks from 2024, two from 2025, and one from 2026. Claims are open until June 1, 2027, so check every band and keep any golden one you find.
