The Undercrown was born when Drew Estate's factory torcedores were told to smoke less Liga Privada due to overwhelming demand. Rather than grumble, they blended their own signature liga using many of the same rare tobaccos at different vintages and primings, and the result eventually gave birth to one of the most beloved cigar families in the boutique world. The Sun Grown is the third chapter in that story. Hand-crafted at La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate in Estelí, the Sun Grown Robusto features an oily Ecuadorian Sumatra Sun Grown wrapper over a Connecticut River Valley Stalk Cut Habano binder and premium aged Nicaraguan fillers, with one leaf of extensively aged Ligero from the Nueva Segovia region added to push the strength into medium to full territory. 

The result is a balancing act of natural sweetness from the Sun Grown wrapper paired with a powerhouse Nicaraguan filler blend, delivering a spicy and robust cigar with a long, complex finish. Notes of fresh cocoa, roasted cashews, and subtle spices carry through the smoke, alongside black pepper, anise, and caramel that lead into a satisfying mineral finish. A worthy addition to the Undercrown family and one of Drew Estate's most underrated blends.
