Two things matter in a cigar: the quality of the tobacco and the quality of the roll. The #99 here are made with really good leaves, rich and carrying a nice earthy flavor. They're rolled not too tight so the draw is easy. The cap is where a star is lost because it's not finished really well, meaning that as you puff on, the wrapper will unfold and fall apart. The solution is not to "clip" the cap, but rather to punch a small hole. Apart from that slight inconvenience, I recommend these #99s for an awesome bang for your buck.
