To operate, simply press down on the top peak of the Quasar, releasing the cutting unit, which pops up with both blades ready for use. The V-Cut side makes a deep 7mm wedge cut on cigars with up to a 60-ring gauge, delivering a robust draw, while the straight cut delivers a clean, precise cut on cigars with up to a 70-ring gauge. Constructed from durable all-metal materials, the Quasar's top peak houses the blades, which move smoothly on oiled quad pistons to ensure flawless cutting action.

The base is lined with a rubber gasket to provide non-slip stability during use and protect surfaces from damage. Additionally, a twist-off cap at the bottom allows for easy disposal of collected cigar clippings, making it both functional and easy to maintain.
